Hi Eufy team
I bought 8 of your camer system and I installed them at my home. The first seven cams accept arabic names then the last one only accept English names. Evermore, I tried to check the old ones and I found that they can not accept any of arabic letters or language so I kept them with old Arabic names with no change. So please if you can solve this problem I will be appreciate it
