Looks pretty normal to me. Not sure about American habits, but in my country, it’s pretty dang normal to have cars parked at the side of the streets… Heck, my whole street is packed with cars on the street 
Here in America everyone else assumes everyone else is suspicious, similar to a snake eating itself or shooting oneself in the foot.

Lol that’s crazy! In the Netherlands people often only suspicious of a car when it’s like, parked there for weeks. And then still no one cares too much (not always the case, but often)
I’m being a tad sarcastic and hyperbolic, also strong American traits lol.
I knew that all along of course. Well, okay, not. But, now I do lol.
