I’ve had a Homebase and a number of eufycam 2 devices for about a year. This morning the Homebase spontaneously went into set up mode and the blue light was flashing. When I tried to access any camera or the Homebase via the app, I got an error saying " System upgraded - please remove all of the devices and add again"

I was able to fix this by doing the following:
- remove every device including the Homebase from the app.
- Reboot the Homebase
- Add the Homebase
- Reboot the Homebase (adding camera did not work)
- Add cameras
- Reconfigure everything from scratch to how I like it.
This is a reasonably serious issue. It took quite a while this morning to do this. I also lost access to all of my event clips and had to reformat the media to get space back for new recordings.
Is anyone able to explain why this happened?
