Ya, you got to watch everything you do once they get behind you like that… Basically they’re just trying to earn some points and show a presence, see if they can come across any kind of bust… possible possession, DUI, or what ever they can come upon…
What did they end up doing, warning, citation, how bad was it…?

Stop till you feel the zero momentum full stop rock of the car so no one can stop you on a legit violation. Just do it. Gives them less chances to make it into something bigger.

Oops, my bad, I guess I rolled a little bit. Thought I was at a dead stop, clearly not. That’ll teach me to actually look next time. Oh well, easy mistake to make.
I remember back when I was living on Sepulveda Boulevard and behind our condominium was a school zone on the next block and I did a California stop in a school zone and when I opened the overhead gate to our underground garage I had to wait and I just missed getting inside before the Blues were in my rear view mirror. I chose to take a seminar or course can’t remember how many days it was or how much it was it was back in 2005 to avoid getting the points on my insurance but I still had to pay for the course. The police officer said that he sits at the same spot because everyone runs the same stop sign because it’s where the school buses start to line up and I do remember that the sign for the school zone was behind where I pulled our of our underground parking. I was told that I could have disputed the Citation but I had been living there for several years and I already knew that it was a school zone and I just wanted to be done with it as long as I didn’t get Points on my insurance. The class was a bunch of videos about gross accidents it reminded me of when I took Driver’s education back in 1984.
Pa. The very next Day I watched the same police officer at the same stop sign not stop for the the stop sign and no blue lights he was just going back to his spot that he parks to catch people running the stop sign . I was walking our Two pekingese Dogs with my Girlfriend. I was going to confront the officer but My girlfriend friend said no because we don’t need to get the police PO and be watching every single time we leave our Parking Garage. Thanks
