For podcasts, I frequently use the following manual EQ settings
• 100 Hz: +3 dB
• 200 Hz: +2 dB
• 400 Hz: 0 dB
• 800 Hz: -1 dB
• 1.6 kHz: 0 dB
• 3.2 kHz: +2 dB
• 6.4 kHz: +2 dB
• 12.8 kHz: +2 dB
