The security camera app needs a lot of improvements - why isn’t Application a category in this forum for questions, suggestions and help?
For instance:
There is a spot for asking questions and advice. When you 1st tap on the + icon it’s at the top of the list. at least when you access the forum from the app
This entire forum is a huge mess. It’s one of the worst implementations I’ve ever seen. I don’t use it on my phone. I’ve attempted to use it on the web, but it’s pretty much garbage. It’s filled with unwanted advertisement and a lack of any real support.
I assume you’re attempting to tell me that I’ve posted in an incorrect area, and it took 3 months for even that much of a response. I gave up on this forum back then. I regret my Eufy purchase for a list of reasons I won’t bother with here.
Also, as a point of fact, I wasn’t asking for advice or support. I was offering suggestions for desperately needed improvement.
