The geofencing on my S350 indoor camera has stopped working completely for me.
I have all the specifications that it asks me about allowing the location all the time and to turn on Google I’m prove your Accuracy and still, nothing works. I have also hard reset and uninstalled and re-installed and still nothing.
Anyone having issues or found a fix for this?

I started having issues with it as well. The geofence feature worked really well on my Samsung S25+ until October, when Samsung OneUI 8 was installed. There were also Google Maps and Eufy Security app updates around the same time, so no telling which of those updates broke the feature.
On return home, my E30 camera used to automatically go into privacy mode within a block or so. Now I have to go through a sequence when I get home…opening Google Maps then the Eufy Security app to trigger the geofence privacy mode.
I’ve tried disabling battery optimization for all the apps mentioned but it didn’t resolve.
I deleted the app and re-installed which brought back the feature at least for the camera. But now I have to actually open the Eufy for the geofencing to take effect and have the camera activate. Seems like it’s “working in the background” feature has stopped working causing this issue.

Since few weeks stop working at my home (Same week as AWS outage). Are you guys experiencing the same?
