this smart lock has been such a disappointment. We’ve got EUFY cameras, home base 3 door bell as our home security system. S330 camera and S231 smart lock would connect to the wifi network.

What is the battery life? Do you have to remove and recharge it every time the battery dies? Or do you just replace bad batteries?
terrible doorbell security unbelievable, stupid system after charging in full and mounted back on, and after I synced it, it caused 
further issues.
