Is there a way to get videos individually of one another?

Not as of now, you’ll get both videos from the top bullet cam and the PTZ when recording. When looking at the live you can watch each individual camera on landscape with a Picture in Picture of the other camera.

Have you tried to crop them out download them individually. If so do you lose quality?
if you mean directly from the Eufy app? No you can’t, but I did just try to crop them from my camera roll after downloading and yes you can crop the videos and the quality to me seems to be pretty much the same. I wish I could share the video clips for comparison or even more than just one picture. So no, you can’t crop the video and then download it, but you can crop it and maintain the quality after its downloaded.
