There is no video! (THERE IS VIDEO!)

It’s a problem that

  1. the app is having connection problem
  2. the app decide to display a frustrating, NO VIDEO, instead of “I’ve no idea if there are video because I didn’t check yet.”

Me to . Receiving notifications but unable to play back . Several different types of Eufy cams being used, all the same. Its been of and on for a while now what’s goin on ?
