There needs to be a setting for the cameras alarm (E30) so that sound will not trigger the alarm. For example I live in a condo building. I have a garage where my camera is located but there’s a family that lives above my garage and then my unit is abovethem. So when they stop around on the floor it triggers the sound detection on my camera and sounds the alarm. I only want the alarm to sound when the camera picks up motion which would be someone entering my garage bu this isn’t possible to set up kike this
Yeah, that would be a good option / choice to have.
The only option you have would be to turn off sound detection, but if you want sound detection on so the camera will record when it detects it the alarm will trigger…
Exactly which isn’t possible. I want to record on sound detection with no alarm but you can’t. Motion detection is alarm and sound. This should be an easy fix for them
