10 pm at night and nothing better to do than rip people off. Not a good start at there age. AS stated on other posts, Post it on any local internet you can find, it’s not just you they targeted looks like they tried the neighbors as well. I’m guessing they are in your neighborhood probably the local school, has a panthers shirt but could be nfl Carolina not school mascot.
