The no shoes and ankle socks look . You must get tons of notifications based on your camera location

Probably the fact it moves

lol Pretty sure the notifications drain my battery, go to work with a full battery, work 10-12 hour day (can’t be chilling on my phone) leave work with 38-52%.

lol probably just realized they are being watched

That’s what happened when I first got my S340 for the front door porch. Motion detection popping off and camera battery being drained due to the detections/recordings

Nah, notifications draining phone battery, I keep the cameras powered with 20’ and 25’ cords from Amazon, don’t want to have to go through the hassle of taking them down to charge. Might be a bit of eyesore, but it’s my best solution since while the sun is freaking blinding coming through windows the apartment casts a huge shaded area preventing any substantial solar charging… I can easily flip the switch and let the battery run down if I want or flip it back to charge them fully. No hassles…

But being a high traffic area the alerts lol they drain my phone battery. I can turn them off, I guess since I can’t stay on top of them while working two jobs.

Understood!

How does leaving it always plugged in affect the battery life? I was thinking of doing the same thing but wasn’t sure if it was ok. How is it working for you??

I think they all show 99% battery capacity. I just pretty much keep them running on power all the time unless someone (or the dog) unplugs them they’re all always at 100%. Sometimes the solar wall lights will look like they’ve drained some but I go look at the battery level in power manager and they’re full. Think it happens on the rare occasion the sun actually hits them. When that does happen it sometimes shows they’re charging on a solar panel.
