Took driver’s license, health card, credit cards and cash! Had to file a Police report, call the bank, go to service Ontario to get new cards, etc. What a hassle! I don’t mind him getting the money but geesh why the driver’s license too!!!
Identity theft
I guess the big question is why didn’t you lock the car. I lock mine even in my garage, or if I’m standing next to it. Looks like a col de sac he might be a neighbor.
It was my friend who didn’t lock his car. I always lock mine. But now he knows to lock it when he visits… And I didn’t think this would happen in my neighborhood. It is a cul de sac so you think it would be safe. None of my neighbors could identify him so he’s probably just an opportunistic person who came from the bus station a few blocks away.
