This is how Amazon delivers electronics. Now I know why the items are not working. Very upsetting to say the least. Trying to figure out how to report the terrible service.

They need to put the fragile stickers on packaging and teach employees to set packages down not throw them but a policy has to be enforced

Same here. Seems like most deliveries are abused. .rushed. disregarded. And all we get is. "Sorry to hear about your experience we will… bla bla bla etc. .
MOST OFthese companies have careless delivery drivers. Morals should exist without “fragile lables” they ""INSTRUCT.TEA H . REMIND ETC ] these drivers but. They have no regard . Morals.. 2 secs more to place it down. . They think throwing it is saving time ??! SMH.

I agree that all packages with electronics should be labeled as “FRAGILE”. However, I’m not sure that would actually make a difference to some idiot delivery driver that works part-time for extra money.
Make the complaint with the delivery service. Amazon literally requests feedback about delivery drivers on each delivery.
I worked in the industry for 45 years and I can tell you your package has been thrown much farther than that before it gets to your place. All sorting facilities and companies have their own standards but what your witnessing is nothing. White Glove care would raise Postage and prices through the roof. The packaging is what’s important
only 2 more steps required to place the package down gently
