It actually looks like one of those personal Amazon delivery drbest. That use their own vehicle (gig worker) and they are taking a picture of the package after they delivered it. Kind of looks like they have an Amazon vest on.

Was the picture of your delivered package from that same low angle the person was taking a photo from?
