This pup is roaming around my street without its owner. I am not sure as somebody lost their pet.

I have a neighbor on the next street behind me that there dog gets out of there house there fenced in yard and roams the neighborhood barking, popping :poop: and chasing everything bad enough during the day but in th middle of the night the non stop barking is #*^~#

Check the collar. Usually it has information on it of the name of the pet and owner.
