This video time says 7 pm when I go into the events view but on the actual video it shows a time around 6 am. Also the length of the video shows 0 instead of the actual length. I have quite a few videos like this for some reason. Anyone know why this would happen?

Because the video will stop unlessturned off if video stops in motion settings general
Double check the time settings for that camera and the HomeBase if you’re using one.
Camera settings > General > Time Settings.

My app has been randomly doing the same thing to several of my cams

Have had the same thing happening as well..
I never seen this happen on any of my cameras, 2-S330 , 1 S340 and a E340 floodlight.
I wonder if the camera is stuck in the UTC time zone?
Hey jagibbons13, that’s a super annoying glitch. It usually happens when the camera loses its ‘handshake’ with the HomeBase or your Wi-Fi, causing the metadata to get scrambled.
Here is what usually fixes it:
The Time Sync: Head into your Device Settings > General > Time Settings. Even if it looks right, toggle the time zone off and back on to force a re-sync.
The ‘Zero’ Video Fix: The ‘0 length’ usually means the file didn’t save properly to the storage. Check Storage Management in the app and see if it gives you an option to ‘Repair.’ If not, a quick restart of the HomeBase usually clears out those ghost files.
Update Check: Make sure you’re on the latest firmware; eufy pushed a patch recently specifically for timestamp bugs
