Transparency mode is one of my favourite features of SoundCore Space One headphone. Listening to great contents but slso aware of the surrounding environment! Kudos SoundCore!

I can’t hear any sound
It sounds so staticy
I rate Soundcore but I’m having an intermittent fizz/pop of white noise. I reset and unpaired. It still happens. I had the Q30 over ear before and this never happened. Maybe having all the AI stuff on the Soundcore app causes this. Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise. Absolutely stunning headphones for the price.
