Alexa motion announcements have suddenly stopped/ delayed by 2 hours. Cameras are 2c pro completely restarted everything router, Homebase, Alexa devices etc disabled skill re enabled, removed cameras from Alexa, still the same. It seems to be a problem with the 2 systems communicating to each other as when you go on Alexa… select camera… settings motion announcements is toggled off for 1-2 seconds and then changes to on. So I guess there is some communication issues between the two

Iv brought the 360 and it’s rubbish the sound cuts out it never catches the action and if the alarm goes off there’s no sound it’s so crap my blink camera is a billion times better and only £30 second hand I’m so disappointed

They added account login security and user sharing. You can create a “home” and share it with separate users to solve this problem. The next problem which J haven’t worked out is that only the owner can see the recordings. The users only get the notifications and live shot
Are their plans to add a snooze all or select multiple cameras to snooze?

Same issue here. Now my recordings either don’t appear or they’re shuffled together on the same day.
The SoloCam L40 is battery powered… And it does not have the ability to record continuously 24x7.
My homebase 2 has lost all power. Won’t turn on. Help ?.
My feed is all messed up. The dates and times don’t match the actual date and time. Right now it is showing videos that are two days old on TOMORROW’S feed. I’ve rebooted, reset, etc. Nothing fixes this. Anyone else have this issue?
Why does the solo 20 battery cam not recognise a leap year ie the 29th of February? My recorded clips for the current day are in the next day that hasn’t happened yet.
did not adjust for the added day in February. This is a leap year and March 29 was skipped. Can’t seem to be able to adjust the date.

Application not recognizing leap year. And not saving events.
I didn’t have an issue with this leap year quirk on my three C210 outdoor solocam & S210 doorbell.
If you want to give this a try before eufy sends out a patch.

Go into your camera settings and click on General then Time Settings, then Time Zone, switch to a different time zone, save it then go back to your correct time zone, save it and see if fixed it.
