Issues with the app and connection

Hi all,
I’m new to Eufy, and I am having trouble with the app saying that the home base (homebase3) is offline, but the light is on, and the cameras are still sending notifications on movement.
I’m not sure if or how to fix it. I have tried turning it off and on, connecting to Ethernet, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Any advice would be helpful.
