Home base offline - network unavailable

My home base has gone offline during this morning. It was working ok at 11am but now an hour or so later it’s just showing the red light, and the app tells me it’s offline.
The app also has an error notification at the top of the screen saying that ‘the network is unavailable’. Is this the Eufy network that has a problem, or is it my own WiFi that’s causing the issue? The router is working fine and other devices are online and connected.

Answering my own question, or at least letting people know what solution I had to use.
Looks like the hub was having an issue connecting / reconnecting to my wifi network. I moved the hub into the same room as the router, and it connected OK. Back in the other room where the hub has lived for a few years (since I got it), it won’t connect any more. I would say the hub is about 6 metres from the router, but there are two walls between them.
As it happens, I have a network extender and the hub does connect to that, so I’m up and running again.
Weird that the original connection to the main router is now failing, though. It’s as if the strength of the signal has dropped, or that the hub is no longer capable of picking up the signal that used to work fine.

I’m having the same issues. My cameras and notifications are not working and now my system is saying the same thing. I’ve disconnected and reconnected everything. Still no luck. I’m just about ready to scream!
