Open up the camera settings and then tap on General. Tap on Wi-Fi connection or connection.
From there you can switch to the new Wi-Fi.
That’s the way I’m able to do it with my three cameras and one doorbell no HomeBase…
Same problems. Worked fine when first set up 1-1/2 years ago. Gotten progressively worse. Now stuck in decrypting video until it times out and won’t connect to home base. Wifi strength is fine. Rebooting home base and router does nothing. But I see that the app continues to grow with ads and widgets every time I open it meaning that half the problem is their software developers are breaking the app whenever they push a new version to me. It basically useless now. I hear something outside and try to connect to a live view and all it does is sit and spin on decrypting video. POS.

Solocam failed - still under warranty - trying to restore replacement. My cell phone is working, but now my wife’s cell phone won’t won’t work. EUFY SW keeps trying to ADD DEVICE?
I have moved all moved all of my devices to HomeBase 3. How do I move the saved data from my now unused HomeBase 2 to my HomeBase 3? Those events are no longer accessible without the device that recorded them connected.

I’ve had the eufy video doorbell 1080p for almost 2 years but for the past few weeks, no events are recording to my SD card. I keep getting an error message in the app stating to “replug or reformat the SD card” but reinserting didn’t help. Anyone have any tips?
Have you tried formatting the SD card through the app?
Tap on the Wi-Fi chime, then on Storage, tap Format if that doesn’t work you could try repair.

I have homebase 2, 3 cameras and doorbell. When cameras fail to connect after ‘preparing to play’ I go to devices, select my home base and click on ‘restart’. Have to confirm and then wait while it does it. Solves the problem for me.
How can we turn the alarm off. Have had these all over our house for years all of a sudden alarms are going off. Thanks
