Unable to Use Headset for Two-Way Audio with Eufy Indoor Cam S350 (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra)

Headsets tested:

  • Bluetooth in-ear earbuds
  • Wired AKG 2-in-1 headset (mic + earphones)*

Issue description:
I’m unable to use a headset for two-way audio when viewing the live stream of my Eufy Indoor Cam S350.

Whenever I open Live View in the Eufy app, the app always uses the phone’s built-in speaker and microphone. Even if I connect a Bluetooth headset or plug in a wired headset, the audio input and output do not switch to the headset.

Question:
Is this expected behavior of the Eufy Security app on Android, or is there a setting or workaround that allows two-way talk to work through a headset?

Somehow, I managed to use my two-way audio headset while watching the live stream of my Eufy Indoor Cam S350. It might be because I changed the Wi-Fi from 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz.
