Can’t get my notifications to work on iPhone for x10 Omni can someone help?

I had that issue a year ago. I’m sure you checked your phone settings to allow notifications from Eufy? and that notification are turned on for each device in the app? But my fix was deleting the app ( not just clearing cache) then reinstalling the app from the App Store don’t worry all data was still there. All I had to do was sign back into the app with the same email and password. It happened to me after a iOS update. I actually had a couple other apps do it at the same time.
