I had to delete the clips of the day many times to finally get them all deleded.
I finally found that , once you select to delete all, you have to scroll down to the last event before pressing the delete button. Then all are deleted.

Eufy are a joke. The software team has not yet enabled features they said they would and their pc interface is a joke.
You can get a 2.5" HD Enclosure that can fit 2 - 4 (M.2) SSD Drives they also usually have RAID options built in the enclosure for double backup space, more speed or a mix of both… Clearly were looking for the max storage, they Also have a 2.5" enclosure that fits 12-Micro SD cards inside and then connected as one large capacity 2.5" SATA Drive and it’s also SSD no moving parts, thts the cheapest way I’ve found to get the most storage space out of that situation. Just have to get a good deal on 12 decent mSD Cards since they work together as one, 100mb/s Read and 75+mb/s Write speed will work and easily max out the 480ish MBs SATA drive speed Amazon has the enclosures as well as the storage options mentioned above…

I have a Seagate 5TB. Tried to format it to Homebase and it says FORMATTED ERROR. So I tried to format it to my Laptop and it was a successful. Then I put it in Homebase (of course power off/on) and videos doesnt save in HDD SATA eventhough I chosed it as a local storage. It saves all the events in the Homebase Storage. So I dont know if its the HDD SATA or the Homebase something wrong.
Yep. Me too. Cant find a 16TB 2.5inch. I found a 5TB 2.5inch but its not working on Homebase 3. 
i dont know if its the Homebase or the HDD.
The only downside is that once the videos are backed-up they’re no longer viewable in the eufy app I believe. Nor can they be used for AI training purposes once backed up. The real downside is, once backed up, the the thumbnails of strangers will remain on the home base but the video associated with those thumbnails will no longer be viewable , you’ll have to look through the drive you backed the videos up on to see it and finding it isn’t easy.
I forgot all about this comment here… Well, the home base is great so now that all my supported cameras are able to connect to it.
The only complaints I have are the number of cameras that can continuously record to it at the same time which seems to be 3
I am really disappointed that my Eufy 2C pro cams do not work with HomeKit on Homebase 3 coming from a perfectly working Homebase 2
