Jaycar. Yake on the adaptor, and either buy a travel adaptor, or have them match a new supply and tip to suit. Mine came with 4 or 5 slip on connectors for different countries, i just slid on Aussie one and tossed the rest.

fair to say I was a little underwhelmed when I first connected my Homebase 3. By hooking up my cameras I lost their individual schedules which in favour of the single HB3 Schedule. So after a bit of head scratching and some lateral thinking I created two additional modes to home and away and combined my original schedules. Now can control the modes of each camera and sensor in each of the different modes in the schedule depending on the time of day and whether I home or not. Add the that the 4 main control functions I had set up on the App Home Screen (Off, Active, Schedule, and Back Off) and I have total control of all the cameras and sensors from the app Home Screen with remote recording on the HB3. The Homebase 3 is much mightier and cleverer than I initially gave it credit for and it is now the centre of my security set up. Taking the time to get to know it and getting your head around the settings and schedules has been well worth it. Can’t recommend the HB3 enough

So much better than requiring a subscription like Ring. What I save I my subscription will be able to pay for my system. Also now the advantage of expandable local storage.

My S380 keeps losing Wi-Fi connection. Does anybody know why I have to keep turning it off and restart it then it works good for about couple weeks.
I tried to connect the Eufy Homebase 3 to the old EUFYCAM 1 and EUFYCAM E cameras. The cameras sometimes do not detect movement or people. Why? I have done the correct installation procedure many times but to no avail… however, it is perfectly compatible with SOLOCAM S40. If I use the old Homebase 1 instead, the operation and detection of movements and human recognition works perfectly without any errors. I use a Deco P7 mesh wifi network.

Anyone else having issues with recordings going to the expansion bay I have a new 2tb samsung evo installed and formatted that is saying it has 100% free space all the time nothing is going to it, If I take it out the recordings are on the internal 16gb storage ? I have made a post on this yesterday with no replies does support even monitor this website ?
Right after 12 months and warranty expires my home base 3 stoped working. All the lights works just fine but can’t reset or add or remove. Git support over phone and gone thru all the instructions from the support team but there is nothing can be done… can’t fixed it

Same issue here. Would like to see both internal and removeable storage in the app. And if possible be able to select which storage is primary. This is the only issue I have with the HB3. Everything else works like a charm.
Maybe an oversight but ya you should be able to see all drives and be able to manage them to some degree.
is There a model number to find a hard drive for the homebase how will I know if the hard drive I am looking at will fit the homebase
