We are in the process of upgrading our app servers in order to provide you, the users a greater experience. Please be aware of the following:
- The upgrade to the app servers will take place on 1/28/2021 2:00 AM - 2:30 AM (GMT).
- During this time the eufy Security app will be unavailable for 30 minutes.
- Your security devices will operate as normal. Only the use of the app will be affected.
