Video doorbell is very inconsistent. I have 2 of them and they are completely different. Customer service is a joke. They act like your lying to them and they act suspicious with every email I send. One door bell will automatically switch to recording all motions at night where the other one will not. I’ve tried to explain to them 3 times what is going on and they play the 'we so sowwy" game. I should of listened to others and went with the more reliable RING brands.

I bought these cameras because I could do my OWN MONITORING. Please do NOT take these features away from us!! When you began asking if your company could start MONITOR OUR CAMERAS, I lost my ā€œscreen shot featuresā€. PLEASE, PLEASE, SPARE US BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SUED!!!
