How to setup familiar faces for Video Doorbell E340 so that it stops sending notifications when our kids play near the front door or our neighbours are walking by?

In your homebase 3 settings, notification, ignore notification. Then choose familiar faces you want to ignore.

@isfury2 I don’t have a homebase. Only the video doorbell. Is homebase the only way to setup familiar faces?

I am not sure if you can ignore familiar faces with this method.

@AlarmedButCalm I had the same thing. My neighbors came and went ALOT, AND if my partner and Is devices were in the same room, double the buzzin, vibrating, & ringing.

I use ignore familiar faces but it did not work because I have notifications set to fastest I think you need to select a slower notification so it can be analyzed before sending notification
