Hello All,

I use Video Doorbell E340 mains powered.

Is there a way for it to call my phone when someone rings it?

There has been few instances when someone rings the doorbell, I get a small notification but I miss it. If it was a phone call then it’ll be easier to just pickup and speak through the door bell. I use an android phone.

Is this supported by Eufy Video Doorbell E340?

No. Just notifications and connection via the app

There should be a option for push notifications in the app to ring your phone when someones at the door go to doorbell settings
