We got the packages delivered, but failed to capture whoever stole them within the 10mins of us going to get them off the porch. Also we are in the country.

Probably followed the delivery truck to see where packages are dropped off. I agree with others that you need another camera angle

That’s terrible!
Definitely need a another camera. Ive noticed sometimes it doesnt show us the delivery person until they are right in front of the camera, which is weird since we can see the entire driveway. Maybe your recordings need to be set to a longer time or higher sensitivity.
Eufy needs to do better!
My wife left for work yesterday morning but no proof on the cameras. The car just disappeared.
For the record, I have way too many cameras.
