We have the eufy door lock and it’s been working great so far. Today we had an issue with it working. I would hit 1 of the passcode numbers and it made the normal noise but then nothing with the rest of the passcode and did not unlock. Luckily I have the app to do it however I have a dog walker that comes in daily when I’m working to take my dog out. Anyone have this issue before? Is it because of the colder weather maybe?

How long have you had the lock? The reason why I ask is, it could be possible that you wore out the number pads.
Then again yes cold weather could affect it.
If it does occur more often than I would change the passcode to different numbers that you haven’t used.
We have had it for less than a month. I changed the batteries and it seemed to have fixed itself.
i am having the same issue - had it about 3 mos now, has gotten cold and now doesnt work, swapped batteries, stll not working
