I’d prefer someone flipping cameras off opposed to dumping pee on my porch, door and most likely camera. Wanna trade neighbors?
I guess he doesn’t like to be on camera. If he only knew he is a internet star now lol. Be careful he could have a case against you for having a camera pointed at his property. In 
you can’t but if it’s looking at a public area past his property it’s ok so the angle is important
