To me, it sounds like a water alarm where either the battery is dying (they beep when low power) or you do have water dripping under the washer (assuming you have an alarm there.
we have them placed all over the house after a terrible water leak
You got moisture in the plug causing a static which your mic is getting that sound. Unplug the camera and use a hair drier to help remove any time of humidity in it. Used to get that same sound on the telephone back in the day and it was do to moisture
