Taking out the trash Mybe?
I’m not sure but he is picking stuff from the parking lot, maybe change always Pennie’s out there.
He goes up like he’s entering an apartment then turns around and keeps going. No footage of him going the opposite direction before this.
Looked like maybe trash unless bucket hiding him putting a location tracker on that car.
