Whats happening with the preview, I sync my Eufy cameras and now they look like that. What it could it be?
Are you talking about them being gray? I’ve seen this before also just tap on it and it should go to live view and then the gray will disappear not sure why it does this. It doesn’t say off line so try tapping on it should work and reload the “preview “
On my door video it takes so long to show me my events it’s not slow wi fi as I have sky fiber ?
I get this and believe it has more to do with the WIFI connection trying to get a signal from the home base or camera. I exit the app then come back in and it usually makes a connection.
