when i plug two earphones on my ears and play, most of the time keep stopping. Then i enter spotify to play the song. Why’s that?

- Some apps may use different audio decoding or Bluetooth optimization settings, which can sometimes cause stuttering. Please try another audio app to check whether the issue only happens with Spotify. You may also review Spotify’s audio, latency, or performance-related settings and test again.
- High-resolution Bluetooth codecs such as LDAC may be less stable on some devices. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, please try switching the codec to AAC or SBC, as these are often more compatible.
- Wireless interference in the surrounding environment may also affect Bluetooth performance. If possible, please stay away from Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, or other Bluetooth devices, and turn off any unused wireless devices nearby.
- If you are streaming Spotify online, an unstable network connection may also cause audio stuttering.
- If your phone is connected to multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time, such as a smartwatch or speaker, audio resources may be shared and lead to interruptions. Please disconnect any unnecessary Bluetooth devices and test again.
