If you are setting up & have difficulty scanning the QR code. Take off phone case & polish the camera lens, check for shadows in scanner! Look online for your area for a phone number, as the provided ones aren’t always correct. Be ready for a long day, stay calm & think outside the box as their explanations are written by foreigners & that’s all they read to you? Bell jumpers are supplied. How do you use them? 
Figure it out yourself. Just twisting the two together makes more sense. Get the idea & lay all pieces out learn what they are for as best you can because installation is basakwards. I found out after prying the bell off 5 times the wire key was to remove the bell??? I’ve made suggestions to them hope they learn. The product is a pain to set up all considered but it works. Except the notifications for mine are only on wifi when I’m home which I’m not happy about! Plus only if bell rings not just prowlers? Software update to work on cell service period should notify of anything, in my opinion. Like unwanted inlaws or porch pirates!
