When using eufy app with mobile data the data is blocked

Good Morning . I have eufycam 2k 3 cameras and for two months on my iPhone 11 Pro max when I am with mobile data and I open the eufy Security application I can hardly ever connect the cameras. other times yes. but always when you exit the application it leaves your mobile data blocked without being able to enter any application. you must put the airplane mode and refresh the data because they are blocked. I have an iPhone 11 Pro max. I don’t know what they have done. If you use it with Wi-Fi without problems, but when you leave home and open the application, mobile data is already blocked and if you do not refresh in airplane mode or restart the iPhone, it does not connect by data to anywhere.
