Why can’t I connect my eufy camera app to connect to my e22 lights to trigger them to light up when synced I can’t even synchronize them

Hi I think its because you are using the wrong app. Eufy security app is for cameras. Eufy life app is for lights and then they have a Eufy clean app for there robots. Double check to see you are using the right ap?

Sun2773 is correct download the Eufy life app sign in using your security app email and password it will automatically link them then at bottom right of the life app you will see the luminolink option that will allow you to pick what camera you want to trigger your lights with options for a schedule to. I have my doorbell to turn on my Eufy floor lamp flash red white and blue for 2 minutes

With that set up you will be able to control your lights from the security app as for turning on and off but that’s it not any actions for triggering with motion.

Please let us know if this helps. People ask for help a lot on this forum but never respond if our support helped so we don’t know if you even got our reply. Sometimes there is a tab on your end that says “ solved “ you can tap on

No they differ based on the products. Thats why you weren’t able to register your product! Did it work?
