only time I have trouble viewing any of my 16 cameras when I’m away is if I don’t have a good WiFi signal on my phone. So maybe check your phone settings for WiFi. other than that mine always works fine

lol I just noticed we have a intruder! You’re right that’s not a Eufy camera. It says Wyze down in the bottom left corner. This needs to be reported to authorities and have this person deported from the forum. lol only kidding you can stay here we welcome all even if they are a little different

Anyhow there used to be an icon so that you could flag a post and report it as inappropriate or spam / advertisement but I don’t see it anymore. Where did it go?

What model camera? Some models have a option in the app to flip the image if the camera can be mounted several different ways. Other than that did you mount it upside down? lol my E330 pro it’s under video settings

Ha. Hilarious. The answer is obvious. If you want to view your live feed whilst not at home then buy Eufy cameras 
When you set up your camera it allows you to adjust that so you could try resetting it and setting up your camera.
you can go to setting and adjust water u want
