I have the x10 and it has been a great addition to my house, it is a huge time saver, my wife loves it, and for some reason we both just enjoy watching it while it’s doing its thing cleaning.

Hi I just purchased a Eufy X10 pro Omni and after mapping tried to share device but said region incorrect no luck fixing that .Then lost all mapping and cannot reconnect to WiFi have 500 mbps at router but while connecting robot % very slow and a 75% says error connecting. Not sure how to resolve

I would like the batteries to be able to be swapped with a spare so cleaning can be continued and not wait to recharge

My vac keeps saying roller brush error. It’s. New brush. This device is a replacement because the new eufy died in less than a year and they sent me this refurbished junk which is not working a year later
