i think its a face detector for phone lock that is flashing not the camera. It automatically flashes everytime we lift up our phone its not visible with our naked eye. Unless theres a night vision enabled cam. It does with most of the smartphones

Yup, your camera is in infrared mode. Mine picks up an invisible flash from my phone even when it is turned off and in my pocket…
I found this is exclusive to Iphone. Could not figure out why my phone did not present a flash when using face recognition to open. Android relies on ambient light. Great to know, which I did not. Thanks
