Why does my camera recording looks ok but when you press to see the image it doesn’t show the face only the torso! Any idea 
and how do I fix it please.

No example of your problem. I’m not sure what you mean.

Pretty sure, that I’ve mentioned this before. I get what they mean, the thumbnail below the video, mine usually focuses on butts lol, and it’s camera wide in my instance, maybe their cameras are positioned higher than mine to get a torso view lol.
It’s a random image of the detection/AI motion trigger for the notification thumbnail!
No problem. At least you’re not alone. Sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll get a random face pic there.
