It appears as if Auto Night Vision hasn’t disengaged.
Try toggling Auto Night Vision on and off, if that doesn’t work, try restarting the device through the app. If that option isn’t available or doesn’t work, then power off the mains to the floodlight for 5 minutes, then power it back up.

The shutter is stuck, I have had that happen to my floodlight camera. If it is powered by a plug, unplug it for 30 seconds and then plug it back up.
