Why doesn’t my cameras recognise my neighbours! On the odd occasion it has? And in the past it used to all the time. I just can’t work it out. Thanks for your help

Likely not getting a good face image or too far away.

Hmm I have same issues, when it used to be in the same area, now camera does not pick up AI recognition?
That’s strange
I think it’s too far away and their face isn’t fully visible. I have a bit of an issue with recognition as well, sometime we’re strangers, and most chubby Hispanic girls are identified as my niece…
