Why doesn’t my cameras recognise my neighbours! On the odd occasion it has? And in the past it used to all the time. I just can’t work it out. Thanks for your help

I have the same occasional problem on my S4
Likely not getting a good face image or too far away.
Hmm I have same issues, when it used to in the same area, now does not pick up AI recognition?
