Check your settings? It did seem to move after the truck left, so might be on the slowest speed?
could be your internet connection and how close your in range
Change it in the setting to take longer videos.
What type of cemara is it - wireless or wired? For wirelss cameras, the most likely reasons for signal dropout is signal interference. An ICE is one of the major source of it.
