Why the movable camera did not turn when detect?
You need to go into camera motion settings and turn on the other motion tab so it record movements of any animals etc, as well as increasing camera sensitivy.
not 100% sure but I have been doing a lot of research lately on eufy “TRACKING “ cameras and most of them won’t track animals or pets they only will track humans and vehicles. They will detect the motion and notify but don’t track. Eufy has just released a new camera that says it WILL track pet’s the C37. I’m going to order one it’s on sale right now.
The s4 does track animals i have one it even zooms in on them
I been having same problem it hits and miss but most of the time it will track not zoom in others it miss it by a sec even i have every setting on high
I have a flood light camera it’s Doing the same thing. Frustrating.
