Simple question; Why there is a wishlist?
So many members with good ideas but so far Eufy is doing nothing with this?
Why I do not see any Eufy employee or someone from Eufy who can answers on the wishes from our side?
So many ideas but no any implementations has been done so far?
It seems eufy only wants to monetize on the sale of new devices and cloud subscriptions and that’s it. They don’t care about improving their products or gaining market share by providing better equipment than the competitors. They could easily become the number one brand on this field but fixing their products cost money and that is a big no-no.
Why should they care wishlist when they had earned enough. Look at the home base 2 blue light issue. They simple couldn’t care about it.
